The Clone Wars 1.14: Defenders of Peace

Our Review

I’ve never been a fan of pacifist episodes, and I’m not a huge fan of this one. The extreme attitude of most pacifists in television tends to be over the top and unrealistic. I think even most real pacifists don’t feel like bending over and dying instead of protecting freedom in the correct circumstances. So that is why I don’t care for “Defenders of Peace” as much as some.

That said, it was nice to see George Takei make the first Trek/Wars crossover appearance in history. His character was perfect for his particular vocal talents. The weapon being tested in this episode is threatening, making the episode seem tense and very serious.
