The Clone Wars 2.17: Bounty Hunters

Our Review

I have one important word to say about this episode…Hondo! Yes, Hondo is back, and he’s just as fun as ever, though perhaps a lot more ruthless than we saw him in season 1. We also get to see several more bounty hunters, including my personal favorite Embo.

The plot of the episode doesn’t go anywhere on a galactic scale. It stays personal and contained. This makes it engaging on a more personal level. This also escalates the stakes when Hondo and his pirates try to take advantage of the farmers.

That said, the farmers seem rather silly, and too much like a cartoon, and less like a Star Wars show. Overall, a good episode, but nothing super special.
